MEMBER WINS!

A huge shoutout to all of our members who’ve achieved some incredible things this month! Massive congratulations to Rebecca, John Gillespe, Will O, Charlie, Claudia, Rachel W, Jake P, and George for all completing marathons — an amazing achievement and a huge testament to all the hard work put in behind the scenes. Well done to Kim and Ash for smashing their half marathons, and to Simon, Luke, Sonia, and Lou for taking on the Deadly Dozen challenge! A special mention to Simon as well for completing a Dryathon, and to Hannah Catchlove for her huge bike ride achievement. We love seeing members challenge themselves both inside and outside the gym — congratulations to you all!

MAY NEWSLETTER 

Welcome to our May Newsletter! It’s been an awesome month in the gym, with so many members hitting new goals, smashing PBs, and showing up consistently. We’ve also had some great events recently and loved seeing everyone getting involved. We’ve got even more coming up next month, so keep an eye out for upcoming events, challenges, and community fun. Thanks for being part of such a great gym community!

EVENTS  We’ve had some amazing community events recently! Our first Summer Run Club 5K was a great success, with members pushing themselves outside their comfort zones and supporting each other all the way. We also took on the Seven Sisters hike, where families, friends, and dogs all came together for a wholesome walk with some incredible views along the way. We also loved having our second Zumba event hosted by the lovely Emma, who brought all the energy and amazing vibes to the group once again! Coming up this month, we’ve got a track session on 28th June focused on speed work (with coffee included, of course!) and our Family Rounders event at Beverly Park on 14th June. Bring your own picnic, bring the family, and enjoy an afternoon of good food, good company, and a little bit of friendly competition!
